Every item sells singly, except focaccias, which start at six. If you'd rather not choose, the sandwich platters are a fixed mix from $100.

Count pieces, not sandwiches. If sandwiches are the lunch, plan on three to four pieces a head. If there's a salad, fruit or soup on the table too, two is enough. A piece is a deli roll, a half sandwich, a triangle or a third of a wrap, so a team of 20 wants 60 to 80 pieces.

Here's a mix we'd order for a lunch where sandwiches are the main meal: for every 10 people, 4 deli rolls, 3 wraps, 3 point sandwiches and 2 baguettes. That's 31 pieces for $118.90. The light version, for a meeting where there's other food, is 3 deli rolls, 2 wraps and 2 point sandwiches for every 10 people: 17 pieces for $65.65.

Gluten free sandwiches are $11.40 (two halves), gluten free wraps $11.90 (three portions) and gluten free mini rolls $7.90. All three are tagged nut free on the order site.

The regular range is tagged halal and nut free, and most items have a vegan alternative.
