A package is the quickest way to order. Each one is a fixed mix in multiples of ten, so you don't have to hit the six-piece minimum on every item.

The Wholesome Box is the cheapest per piece, and pies, sausage rolls and arancini rarely come back uneaten. Add the Asian Fusion Platter when you want some cold food and a few vegetarian options on the table. More detail on each is on the finger food packages page.

Work out pieces per person first, then turn that into packages. We size orders in three bands:

• 3 to 4 pieces a head for something to pick at during a meeting.
• 6 to 8 pieces a head when the finger food is lunch, or for after-work drinks of an hour or so.
• 10 to 12 pieces a head when it replaces dinner at a function that runs two to three hours.

Hot items are cooked to order and travel in insulated bags and boxes. Our delivery window for hot food is 15 minutes, compared with 60 minutes for cold, so it arrives close to the time you plan to serve. A selection of the range:

Cold items arrive arranged and labelled. Sushi is the cheapest piece on the menu at $2.95. Rice paper rolls are $4.80, goat's cheese and pomegranate tartlets $4.90, smoked salmon blinis $5.15, Peking duck pancakes $6.05, bao buns $7.50 and soft shell tacos $8.10. The salad cups, at $7.45, are the most filling cold option. They come in prawn and green mango, seared tuna, edamame and miso carrot, and peppered beef and potato.

For a mixed group, order the main spread as packages, then add six or more of a tagged item for each dietary need. Put names and requirements in the order notes and those items arrive labelled. A stand-up party in the office or a meeting room costs less than booking a venue, and finger food suits it because nobody needs a plate and a seat.

If the party runs through the evening, order 10 to 12 pieces a head. Put the hot food out when people arrive and keep the cold items for later in the night. Book early for the last two weeks of December, and remember that for groups over fifty the cancellation deadline is five business days out.
